Κατερίνα Παναγοηλιοπούλου
My name is Katerina, and I come from Greece. I live in Athens, where I am pursuing my studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the Department of Primary Education. I have a deep passion for creative expression—whether it’s through drawing or photography and writing stories and poems. An interesting fact about me is that when traveling across Europe, I like to explore art galleries, pinacotheque, and gardens, which provide endless inspiration for me. Looking ahead, one of my dreams is to become a children’s book author. I hope that through my stories, I can encourage little readers to believe in themselves, to question things that are happening around them and also bring joy and imagination to little kids everywhere!

Finja Klose
I am Finja Sophie Klose from Germany. I study art and sport at the University of Osnabrück, which is located in the north-west of Germany. Here in Pilsen I am only studying art at the Faculty of Education and I am looking forward to many new courses and art disciplines that are not available at my home university. I chose the Czech Republic because it's not too far away, but since the language is completely foreign to me, it offers a different culture and everyday life for me. In my free time I play handball and like to travel, therefore I am very glad to be in Pilsen, as it is very centrally located in Europe and offers a lot of possibilities to visit other countries.

Agnes Hobiger
Hallo und Ahoj! Jmenuji se Agnes Hobiger, ich komme aus Graz in der Steiermark in Österreich. I will be here in Plzeň this winter semester doing my internship in teaching German as a foreign language. I´m studying to become a teacher for secondary-school and my subjects are chemistry and german. German because I really like the literature, and I always wanted to understand the means of communication better. Chemistry because… Well in Austria we would say: Chemie ist was knallt und stinkt – So Chemistry is what making noises and smells ugly. But it´s not only that. We are surrounded by chemistry. If we are eating, if we are cooking, if we are buying new clothes. All that is chemistry. During my studies I was working at a theater as a director’s assistant and during my stay in Plzeň, I want to get to know the theaters here a little bit. I started last Friday with Smetana at the JKTyl Theater, and it was lovely. I am very curious about this new city and all the possibilities to get to know it better. I am here on a Scholarship from the “AKTION Österreich - Tschechische Republik” and I´m very glad and thankful for this opportunity. Na zdraví! To a great semester in Plzeň!
